"Customer service must be on vacation"
I had a frustrating experience with their support. I emailed asking about my order and got a vague reply that answered basically nothing. Then I waited days for a follow-up, because apparently checking messages is a rare and complicated skill. I wasn’t asking for much, just a simple update. If this is how they handle customer service, I definitely won’t be ordering again.

I did get help from the after-sales team in the end, but it felt like it took longer than expected. I’m not even sure if I reached out on the first day or the next one because the replies were kind of spaced out, but either way, the whole process felt a bit slow. They were polite and sorted it out, just not as quickly as I’d hoped

I had a bit of a problem at first, but support helped me get it fixed. It took a little while, but they did sort it out, so I’m happy with the “end result.”

I used my usual shortcut and just ordered the size I always wear, assuming it’d be fine. Nope, the fit was way off and didn’t feel true to size at all.

I ordered a jacket from motocard.com it showed up feeling like bargain-bin rubbish. The stitching was messy, and one of the zips felt like it was ready to give up after I’d only tried the thing on once.
It looked nothing like the product photos made it seem. The material was thin, cheap-feeling, and just not what I expected for the price at all.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t bother buying gear from here again. It was a proper letdown when it arrived.

"Returning my jacket was straightforward"
I had to send back a jacket because I ordered the wrong size, the return process on motocard.com was easier than I expected. The steps were clear, and I was able to get the return label without much hassle. The only downside was that my refund took a few days longer than I thought it would, but when I contacted support, they did get back to me. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall I’d say it went well

"Honestly, the exchange went smoother than I expected"
I had to swap my jacket for a different size and, not gonna lie, I was a little annoyed at first because it took a bit longer than I hoped. But the support team was actually really helpful, and once it showed up, everything was fine. Painless in the end.

The helmet looked authentic to me and the tags seemed to match up, and the gloves looked fine too. Shipping was decent, but the box showed up beat up. That kind of knocked my confidence a bit, so even though the gear seems real, I’m not 100% sure I’d fully trust the whole process.

The order did show up on time, and the tracking was easy enough to follow. I just wish the overall experience had been a bit better, because even though nothing went wrong with delivery, I still felt kind of disappointed.

"Am I the only one who thought the refund was a bit slow?"
I ordered from motocard.com and ended up having to return the item. The refund did come through in the end, so no major issue there, but am I the only one who finds it a little frustrating when you have to keep checking on it? It took longer than I expected and I followed up a couple of times. Overall not a terrible experience, I just wish the refund process was a bit quicker.

"Order went through fairly quickly"
I placed an order on Motocard and it seemed to go through quicker than I was expecting. I got the confirmation email maybe a little while after paying, which was reassuring.
The shipping info looked like it updated around the next day or so. Tracking took a bit to actually show anything, but overall it was a good experience.

I checked a few helmets and jackets on Motocard and, at least for the ones I was looking at, the prices were higher than other shops. Just a heads-up for anyone comparing gear: it’s probably worth checking a couple of places before ordering. I’d only go with them if there’s a decent sale or discount running.

"Website made the whole process frustrating"
I wanted to give this site a fair shot because the products themselves might be perfectly fine, but actually using it was really frustrating. The filters kept resetting, pages were slow to load, and my cart changed the delivery option on me twice. Then the payment page froze and I had to start over. At some point it just didn’t feel worth the hassle, which is a shame because I was ready to buy...

"Promo code didn’t work for me"
I had a discount code showing on the site, but when I tried to use it at checkout, it didn’t work. I reached out to support and they just told me it wasn’t valid anymore. Maybe I’m missing something, but if it’s still being shown, shouldn’t it actually be usable? It felt a bit misleading and like a waste of time.

"Decent, but the waiting nearly drove me crazy"
It was okay overall, but wow, the replies felt like they took forever sometimes. Communication wasn’t bad, but I had to wait around for clearer answers, which got frustrating. Nothing terrible happened, but it would be so much better if they were quicker and kept things simpler.

"Not really worth it for me"
Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting a bit more for the price. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just felt a little let down once it arrived.
The item itself was okay-ish, but nothing that felt special, and then I found similar stuff cheaper after I’d already ordered. Delivery and returns also made it feel like less of a good deal, especially if the sizing doesn’t work out.
I probably wouldn’t buy from motocard.com again unless the price was much lower. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the money.
